Director: casting, creating and communicating the vision, research, collaboration with heads of departments

Producer: logistician, problem solving, smooth run-of-show, monitoring

Director: work with the team to achieve the vision, work with actors to get their best performances, manage and create a positive set standard, problem solve

Producer: manage the post production schedule and budget, contracts, hire post production team, ensure the vision is coming through, approve changes

Director: work in collaboration with post production team (editor, post-sound, colorist, etc) to achieve the vision, adapt, problem solve

Editor: organize dailies, collaborate and communicate with the director, bring my creative understanding to accomplish the vision
